    • Purchase, furnish, and fully equip a new residence to provide a safe haven for
      three additional young individuals.
  5. Empower Young People via Client Scrutiny Panel
    • Ensure every young person in our care has a platform to share their views and help
      shape our future.
  6. Enhance Accessibility
    • Break down barriers to make our services more accessible to young people with
      learning differences and those whose first language isn’t English.
  7. Revamp Our Organisational Structure
    • Streamline our structure to better meet future challenges and deliver top-notch
      support.
  8. Elevate Staff and Trustee Expertise
    • Equip our team and trustees with the latest training in relevant legislation and
      best practices.
  9. Champion Sustainability
    • Achieve accreditation for our sustainability efforts to confirm we’re making a
      positive environmental impact.
  10. Forge Dynamic Partnerships
    • Collaborate with new organisations across Doncaster to expand our network of
      support for young people.
